Product Delivery and Return Policy
Inspecting Your Package Upon Delivery:
We kindly ask that you open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. Should you notice any issues, please notify the courier immediately and request them to document the situation. In such cases, we recommend not accepting the package.
Return Procedure After Receipt:

Notification of Return:
If you wish to return a product, you must notify podo.com.tr via email within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Please send your return request to info@podo.com.tr. -

Confirmation of Return Request:
After receiving your email, podo.com.tr will respond with a confirmation email approving the return. -
Preparing the Product for Return:
Please ensure the product is returned with the original invoice. If purchased under a corporate account, the return must include a formal return invoice from the company (excluding shipping fees). Products returned without a return invoice will not be processed.
The item must be in its original, unused condition—free from any wear, washing, damage, or misuse. It should be sent with all accompanying accessories, undamaged packaging, and all order and invoice details to the following address:PODO - 6Yüz İç Mimarlık Tasarım ve Mobilya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Inspection Process and Refunds:
All returned items will be carefully examined by our Return Department. If necessary, they may also be sent to the relevant service team, production workshop, or supplier for further evaluation.
If the returned product meets the return criteria, podo.com.tr will cover the shipping cost. Items must be delivered to us within 7 business days following the return request. Should the product be found defective or faulty, the full amount will be refunded.
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after approval. However, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, which may take 2-3 weeks.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 business days, provided that the items meet the return conditions outlined above. This right does not apply to:

Customized or personalized products

Items prone to spoilage or with limited shelf life

Products with broken seals, such as software, DVDs, or personal care items

International Shippings
Products such as cosmetics, hygiene-related goods, and underwear are non-returnable once opened due to health regulations. Similarly, services and products delivered electronically are not eligible for returns.
Returns Beyond the Right of Withdrawal:
For returns outside the 7-day withdrawal window, products deemed defective due to manufacturing issues may still be returned within 1 month, provided they are reported within this period. Upon evaluation, a refund will be processed if the defect is confirmed.
If misuse or improper handling is found to be the cause of the defect, the item will be returned to you, with shipping costs borne by the recipient.
Size/Model Exchanges:
Due to limited stock availability, product exchanges may not always be possible. If the desired product is unavailable, we will initiate the refund process under the same conditions outlined above.
Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order, please send an email to info@podo.com.tr including the product code, order number, and the quantity to be canceled. Make sure to provide your contact phone number as well.
Cancellation requests made during promotional campaigns will only be processed after the campaign has ended. If shipping has already commenced, the cancellation request will be treated as a return. (Not available internationally)
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
